Who We Are

Louise van Wyk is the Founder of Eco Agristry and manages each project personally. She has more than 16 years' experience in environmental consultancy, forestry and manufacturing, fulfilling senior positions, including Head of Department in Environmental Management for global companies.

She has attained different accolades for her achievements in ensuring environmental compliance and sustainable projects, including Special Recognition Sustainablilty Awards and
‘Resounding contribution to the forestry sector and forest product value chain’, nominated by Forestry South Africa (FSA).

She has chaired multiple forums, engaging with stakeholders from multiple technical and cultural backgrounds, finding solutions to better manage environmental dependencies, for individual farmers, communities and larger industries.

She holds an MSc in Environmental Management, specialising in the field of Ecology with a strong background in Biodiversity, and is SACNASP registered.
